Private Consultations

I want to help you take charge of your health and feel good in your body again. I offer private nutritional therapy consultations online, and in person at my London clinic.

Private consultations are an interactive experience where clients can feel comfortable about discussing their health concerns with me, and where we jointly agree on a bespoke plan of action. The overall aim is to maximise the results of your transformation.

Based on my clinical experience as a highly trained nutritional therapist over more than five years, clients get the most effective results when there is regular contact over a period of at least 3 months. This is why I work with clients on a package basis.

It allows your body the time that it needs to heal, and by providing you with accountability, it makes it easier for you to achieve your health goals for the long-term. You also get ongoing support and can get any questions that you may have promptly answered.

The thing I’m most struck by this week is how easy it is to include nutritious ingredients in a simple dish for added health/therapeutic value. I stocked up well last weekend which really helped. I also have found the recipes really easy and quick to prepare, which surprised me. It’s given my cooking/eating a whole shake up. My energy levels are fabulous. 3 Month One to One Private Programme

Your individually tailored programme is designed to provide you with the support and accountability to help you get the results you desire. It includes:

  • 7 consultations over 3 months as follows:
    • Initial extended consultation
    • 3 follow up consultations with updated plans
    • 3 15-minute support and check in consultations
  • Comprehensive review of your health history, and diet and lifestyle
  • Scientific, evidence-based research and analysis of your main health concerns, using a Functional Medicine approach
  • Simple, personalised explanations of how your dietary and lifestyle habits may be contributing to your symptoms
  • How to make delicious and nutritious meals without spending hours in the kitchen, and how you can still eat out while sticking to your programme
  • Advice on your diet and nutrient intake, and specifically which foods to eat that can support you therapeutically and which ones to avoid
  • An understanding of what healthy, delicious and nutritious eating can look like specifically for you, and why popular media messages can be confusing
  • Recommendations of lifestyle changes, including sleep, stress and movement, that can make the difference to how you look and feel
  • Review, interpretation and explanation of your test results (if applicable)
  • Targeted supplement recommendations to therapeutically bring your body back into balance, including any drug-nutrient interactions
  • Scorecards to monitor and keep track of your progress
  • Written action plans, supplementation programme and supporting material inside of a private and secure client portal so you always have the elements of your programme easily to hand
  • Liaising with or writing to your GP, if needed
  • Exclusive access to me between appointments
  • Client-only special discount on professional grade supplements
  • Exclusive access to my maintenance package for existing clients only

Please note that any recommended laboratory tests or nutritional supplements are not included in the consultations and must be paid for separately. The tests and supplements recommended will be discussed during our consultation.

The consultations are structured over 3 months (Unused sessions expire after 15 weeks)

I decided to do this programme as both my mum and sister have experienced significant health challenges which worried me, and I wanted to take any steps I could to avoid going down the same path. So I was looking forward to doing this while at the same time, I wasn’t sure exactly what kind of results to expect. I needn’t have been concerned. The results have been absolutely amazing! Couldn’t have done it without your help and encouragement. In spite of some blips and struggles initially, I have to admit that I have enjoyed taking care of what I was eating and totally see the benefits in that. The results of the reduction in my insulin dosage, my waistline and increased in energy levels are incredible. I was really surprised by what I learnt (I slightly thought I knew it all). Yes it took commitment but it didn’t take will power. When I started eating properly my food urges subsided and I found I was able to be much more balanced in my choices. I feel a lot more relaxed generally, and specifically around food: I know what to eat in order to truly nourish myself, I don’t go hungry and – most importantly – I have a lot more energy, and am feeling healthier and more alive than I have been in years. Even a holiday with my family of hungry boys didn’t dent the peace of mind I had.

To my husband’s surprise and my own delight (because I always worry about this), I didn’t put on a single ounce in 2 weeks, despite doing little more than some very gentle exercise and a lot of relaxing!
