Based on my clinical experience as a highly trained nutritional therapist over more than five years, clients get the most effective results when there is regular contact over a period of at least 3 months. This is why I work with clients on a package basis.
It allows your body the time that it needs to heal, and by providing you with accountability, it makes it easier for you to achieve your health goals for the long-term. You also get ongoing support and can get any questions that you may have promptly answered.

The thing I’m most struck by this week is how easy it is to include nutritious ingredients in a simple dish for added health/therapeutic value. I stocked up well last weekend which really helped. I also have found the recipes really easy and quick to prepare, which surprised me. It’s given my cooking/eating a whole shake up. My energy levels are fabulous.
